Who We Serve
Built for Leaders Who Are Ready to Change the World Around Them

Graduate Christian education has never had a home across Arizona like Kingtopia. Until now. We exist to serve every leader who is called to make a difference. Whoever you are and wherever you come from, if you are ready to grow, lead, and create lasting change, Kingtopia was built for you.

01

Working Adults & Professionals

You are already leading. You just need the credential and the tools to go further. Kingtopia is designed for people who carry real responsibility and cannot stop working to go back to school. One evening per week changes everything.

02

Single Parents & Caregivers

You are raising a family and pursuing a calling at the same time. That is not a limitation, it is a testament to who you are. Kingtopia provides on-site childcare at partner locations, debt-conscious pricing, and a cohort that becomes family.

03

Ministry & Nonprofit Leaders

You are already on the frontlines of your community. Kingtopia gives you the graduate education to lead more effectively, communicate more powerfully, and build organizations that last, without leaving the work you are already doing.

04

Community Change-Makers

You see what your neighborhood, city, and community needs and you are not waiting for someone else to fix it. Kingtopia equips leaders who are committed to justice and Kingdom impact with the scholarship and strategy to go further.

05

First-Generation Graduate Students

No one in your family has done this before. That makes your leadership even more significant. Kingtopia was built to remove the financial and logistical barriers that have stood between driven leaders and the graduate education they deserve.

06

Anyone Called to Lead with Purpose

You do not need a specific background, a certain income, or a perfect GPA to belong here. You need a calling and a commitment to grow. Graduate Christian education has never had a home across Arizona like Kingtopia. Until now. Our door is open to every leader who is ready.

Institution in Development

Kingtopia College is currently pursuing conditional licensure with the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE). Founding cohorts for the MOL and MAGDJ programs are planned for Fall 2027 and the MEL program is planned for Spring 2028.

We are actively building our Founding and Advisory Boards, securing partner campus sites, and building our grant and scholarship infrastructure.

We are not yet enrolling students but we'd love to stay in touch.

Academic Programs

What We’re Building

Five graduate credentials launching on a phased timeline. All programs are non-licensure, cohort-based, and designed for practitioners already doing the work.

  • The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) prepares leaders to strengthen organizations, lead teams, and drive systems-level change. Rooted in Christian formation and applied leadership practice, the MOL develops the competencies, character, and strategic capacity needed to lead effectively across nonprofit, business, public sector, ministry, and community environments. Graduates are equipped to lead organizational change, align teams around mission and strategy, make effective decisions under pressure, and demonstrate Christ-centered leadership integrity.

    36 credits 21 months approx $17,100

  • The Master of Arts in Global Development & Justice equips leaders to address systemic inequities and lead initiatives that strengthen communities globally and locally. Rooted in a faith-based ethic of dignity, equity, and human flourishing, the program develops practitioners capable of designing ethical and effective development strategies, building cross-cultural partnerships, measuring program impact in complex environments, and integrating a Christian theology of justice with evidence-based community development practice. Graduates are prepared to lead initiatives that address poverty, systemic injustice, and community fragility across nonprofit, faith-based, government, and international development contexts.

    36 credits 21 months approx $17,100

  • The Master of Education Leadership (MEL) develops leaders to influence educational environments, programs, and systems. This is a non-licensure degree by design, built for leaders who seek to strengthen organizations, cultures, and outcomes in K–12, higher education, learning-sector organizations, and education-adjacent nonprofits without pursuing a teaching or administrative license. Rooted in Christian formation and improvement science, the MEL develops leaders who can strengthen staff culture, use data to drive decisions, and lead organizational improvement with integrity and purpose.

    36 credit Spring 2028 approx. $17,100

  • The Doctor of Education in Leadership develops advanced leaders who design, implement, and scale solutions to complex organizational and societal challenges. The EdD at Kingtopia College is a practitioner doctorate with a rigorous applied program that trains leaders to identify real-world problems of practice, conduct original inquiry, and produce scholarship that changes systems. Through three concentrations — Organizational Leadership, Education Leadership, and Global Development & Justice Leadership — the EdD equips senior leaders for executive-level roles in nonprofit, ministry, educational, and community organizations. Graduates produce a Dissertation in Practice that contributes original, applicable knowledge to their field and community of practice. 5-Year Pathway from MA to EdD or stand alone program.

    54 credits Launching 2029 approx $29,700

  • The Graduate Certificate in Christian Leadership Wellbeing & Care is a practical formation credential for leaders who carry heavy relational and cultural responsibility in ministry, nonprofit, educational, and organizational settings. This is a non-clinical, non-licensure program designed to develop leader wellbeing, team health, and culture care — not counseling or therapy practice. The program equips graduates with tools for resilient leadership habits, culture practices that reduce burnout, a Christian framework for care and restoration, and skills for leading people through stress, change, and organizational difficulty. The certificate is also designed as an entry-point pathway into Kingtopia College's master's programs for students who wish to explore graduate education before committing to a full degree program.

    15 credits Spring 2028 approx. $6,750

Our foundational Pillars

  • SAPIENTIA (Wisdom)

Character-shaped learning. We develop leaders who are formed by integrity, lead from it, and grow through community.

  • REGNUM (Kingdom)

Leadership for the flourishing of others. Every program is oriented toward justice, community, and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

  • Verita (Truth)

Integrity in scholarship, leadership, and life. We pursue truth with courage in the classroom, in organizations, and in the communities we serve.

The Kingtopia Model
A Different Kind of Graduate College

Kingtopia College will have a central administrative office, but the campus is in the community. We partner with churches and nonprofits across Arizona to host small cohorts of graduate students, bringing the college to the people we serve, not the other way around. Here is exactly how it works.

Step 01
A Partner Site Hosts a Cohort
A local church or nonprofit opens their space one evening per week. That site becomes the home campus for one cohort of 10 to 15 graduate students for the full duration of their program.
Step 02
Students Meet One Evening Per Week
Each cohort meets on the same evening every week for four hours. The specific evening is determined when the cohort is formed and stays consistent throughout the program. For example, a cohort might meet every Thursday from 6 to 10 PM. One night. Same time. Every week.
Step 03
Applied Learning in Real Organizations
Every program integrates applied projects within the student's own workplace or community. Students are not working through hypothetical case studies. They are solving real problems in real organizations while they learn.
Step 04
Graduate with a Credential and Little to No Debt
Kingtopia does not participate in federal loan programs. Books are included in every master's degree program at no additional cost. Institutional scholarships and grants reduce costs further. The goal is every student graduates with little to no debt.
For Partner Churches & Nonprofits

What It Means to Be a Partner Site

As a Kingtopia partner, your organization hosts one cohort of graduate students in your existing conference room or training room one evening per week. Kingtopia will also work with your organization to provide on-site childcare for students who are parents, removing one of the most common barriers to graduate education for working families. In return, your community gains direct access to graduate level leadership education, your staff and members receive priority enrollment consideration, and your organization becomes part of a growing network developing the next generation of Christian leaders across Arizona. You provide the space. We bring the college.

For Donors & Financial Partners

Why Your Investment Matters Right Now

Kingtopia College is being built on grants, donations, and the generosity of people who believe graduate education should be accessible to every leader regardless of income, family situation, or zip code. We are raising our first $350,000 in institutional funding to launch two founding cohorts in Fall 2027. Your gift goes directly toward tuition scholarships, books, and the operational infrastructure that makes this model work. You are not just funding a college. You are funding the leaders who will change organizations, restore communities, and advance justice for generations. Every dollar counts and every donor is a founding partner in what we are building.
