Regulatory Compliance Notice
Kingtopia College is currently in the process of obtaining conditional licensure from the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education (AZPPSE). In compliance with Arizona law, we are not permitted to maintain a public-facing website, advertise, or solicit prospective students prior to receiving licensure approval.
Governing statute: Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 32, Chapter 30 — Arizona Private Postsecondary Education Act. Under A.R.S. § 32-3021, no person shall operate a private postsecondary educational institution in Arizona without first obtaining a license issued by the AZPPSE. Operating includes advertising, soliciting students, and maintaining a public institutional website prior to licensure.
